ABOUT
Janusz Stanny was a graphic artist, draughtsman, and one of the greatest Polish creators of posters, and book illustrations. Stanny Studied under Polish Master Henryk Tomaszewski. Since his first book in 1957, he has written and designed nearly 200 albums and countless book covers. A talented representative of the Polish High School of Poster and Illustration, he was director of the Illustration Workshop of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw from 1971 to 1996. Mr. Stanny passed away in 2014.
